When you’re an effective leader you motivate your people, your team to perform at their highest level because they WANT to, not because they feel like they have to.
One of the ways to do that is identifying your teams strengths and weaknesses. By building on their strengths you give them the freedom and the confidence to run with that strength. And then it’s up to you to fill in the blanks for the weaknesses.
It’s about reading and understanding your team. BUT before you can do that, you have to understand yourself and know who you are. When you can identify your own strengths and surround yourself with the right people that can enhance your weaknesses, the benefits trickle down to make your team that much stronger and more powerful for the LONGTERM SUCCESS!
