“We’ve done this forever. We’ve always done this.”

That statement says, we as a company or you as a leader are not willing to acknowledge, identify the appropriate change/evolution in business and more importantly in your industry.  

Change/Evolution is inevitable in business and if you don't learn how to identify and make the appropriate growth within your organization you WILL DISAPPEAR! If you’re not sure about this statement —ask Blockbuster if they had the opportunity to buy Netflix again, would they?  

So… how to overcome the fear of change/evolution?

Embrace the fact that change is inevitable. Create goals to move you and your organization in the constant growth direction. Make sure you and your organization truly understand the WHY and TAKE ACTION NOW!
